Mostly, I just want you to know that I will be 100% here for you with whatever you need! We are going on this journey together and you should feel completely comfortable and love who you work with. I am here to serve YOU, and I promise to do everything I can to meet all your needs and more as your photographer. You deserve to have your life captured in a way that will reflect who you are, and that is my passion.

We get you connected with the associate. The RTP team will provide you with resources and tips throughout your entire planning process to help you make the most of your wedding day photos. The associate will be there to photograph your wedding day and have the best day ever

Once you have signed the contract and paid the invoice, you are officially booked with the Rachel Traxler Associate team! We will send over a welcome packet with all of the information you will need to know

How it Works
Sneak peeks will be delivered within 1 week after the wedding. The Associate will be there to photograph the actual wedding day, and Rachel will edit and deliver the photos to give it the Rachel Traxler experience

What is an associate photographer?
I WISH I could photograph every single wedding ever, but that is just not possible. Which is why I have expanded my team to having Associate Photographers. Which is when a hired and trained by me photographer photographs your actual wedding day, and I will edit and deliver the photos to give the Rachel Traxler experience. Best of both worlds!
How does it work?
Once you inquire about your day, if I am unavailable, I will make sure one of my Associate photographers is. If they are available, we will proceed with booking your wedding date as usual. The Associate photographer will photograph your engagement session and your wedding day, and I will edit and deliver the photos to you. You will be in communication with both me and the Associate throughout the planning process.
What does pricing look like?
We offer 3 package options for Associate Photographers starting at 3800
How will I receive my photos?
The associate will photograph your session and wedding day, and I will edit and deliver the photos to you through an online gallery as usual.
